CICATS Event: 2016 NHDES

Come to the 2nd Annual National Health Disparities Elimination Summit, hosted by the Connecticut Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (CICATS) at UConn in partnership with the W. Montague Cobb/NMA Health Institute and Connecticut Legislative Black & Puerto Rican Caucus.
